I'm the Group Director of Marketing at Inductotherm Group, where I lead global branding and strategy for a network of companies that manufacture equipment for melting, heating, and welding metal. I've been with the organization for 19 years and bring that same strategic focus and storytelling mindset to my work in the nonprofit space.
