I am a partner in the corporate, mergers and acquisition practice at Blank Rome, a large multi-service, national law firm. I have worked there since I graduated from law school 20+ years ago and I work on some of the most sophisticated and complex business transactions that come to our Firm. I live with my husband (who is a criminal defense attorney) and son in the Queen Village neighborhood in Philadelphia.
