I am a senior consultant at Schultz & Williams. Over the past 25 years, I have worked with non-profit organizations both large and small, across a variety of causes including educational equity, leadership development, and the arts. I have helped launch two start up organizations where I built the systems, structures, and strategies that allowed both organizations to develop impactful programs fueled by innovative fundraising strategies. My work with large, national organizations such as Girl Scouts and Teach for America, has allowed me to understand and work within advanced, high-level fundraising structures and teams.
